It was more fun at 30

The flight from Phoenix to Miami was listed at 4 hours.  But when you are flying through the night on your second flight not being able to sleep because the fellow next to you is trying to take up the entire center armrest, it seems much longer.

I landed in Miami just before 7 AM EST and am currently waiting for the third leg flight which will take me to Port au Prince.  On this flight I should be linking up with one of the other board members who is flying in from Connecticut.  We’ll land in Haiti at about 1 PM and then we need to wait until 3 PM, after a second group has arrived to take the van to the Mission house in  the Petionville section of Port au Prince at 7 Rue Lorimer.  Once there I will have an opportunity to gather with those who have already arrived as we wait for the last wave to arrive and then we’ll all sit down over supper while planning for a full day’s activities tomorrow.
