In 2003, Holy Trinity received a tremendous gift by way of our 7-foot Yamaha piano, honouring the 50th wedding anniversary of Harold and Nancy Taylor, who were married in this parish, and remained as long-time parishioners. Sadly, Harold Taylor passed away in the spring of 2011, and he is deeply missed by our congregation. The piano has been mentioned as one of the best concert grands in the city, and that, combined with the extremely great acoustics of the Sanctuary, has made Holy Trinity one of the most sought after venues for chamber recitals and solo piano recitals. Holy Trinity also houses a baby-grand rehearsal piano (in the upper hall) as well as a number of other pianos which are in constant use by choirs and private practice (one in the green room, and one in the lower hall).
