Help build the new “Neighbor Centre” – drop in for homeless.

Dear friends of the Edmonton Do Likewise Society, We are delighted to be moving forward with planning for the renovation of the Neighbour Centre. At this time we are looking for people with any of the following skills: Project management; Safety coordination; Demolition (breaking concrete, removing walls); Concrete finishing; Framing; Tiling; Drywall – Boarding; Drywall – Mudding and Taping; Painting; T-Bar. If you have these skills and are willing to join us in this renovation work, please go to our website at www.dolikewisesociety.org and choose the link Getting Involved – Volunteer – Volunteer Form – fill out the volunteer form and upload it back to us. Also fill in the fields on the site to let us know about how we might best utilize your skills to help the centre open its doors, and begin empowering neighbours to help neighbours in south Edmonton!
