Women’s World Day of Prayer, March 1

Women’s World Day of Prayer is coming up – an initiative that has roots in the work of Canadian and American women’s missionary groups to unite in informed prayer and prayerful actions for missions. This movement has been going strong since 1920, a long and fruitful partnership between different denominations to glorify God and give hope to women touched by injustice. This year an ecumenical group of clergy women has come together to make initial plans for the World Day of Prayer service 2019. Rev Danielle Lepine, Rev Ingrid Doerschel Cramer, and Intern Pastor Erin Thomas, Rev Sally Harrison, and Rev Barbara Groote are delighted to invite everyone from churches in Zones 11 and 12 to join us in the service at:

Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Sanctuary

Friday, March 1st at 4PM
